This is a really nice lodge, located on a well kept golf course. Kids were well entertained by the ducks and geese. Only disappointment was that we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to COVID. Would recommend this for families and couples alike.

Great lodge for a family trip! Lots of space and great location. View is amazing. Easy access to spa and gym and not far from local shops and takeaways. Cleaning products already provided which was good. We had a lovely Christmas at the lodge

We stayed at Marc’s place as a family and had a fantastic time. We all loved the beautiful view from the big windows and the nature all around. We caught several carp in the lake, just outside the lodge. Had a lovely swim in the pool on-site (book well in advance if you want to use), some nice walks from the lodge and some great days out in the surrounding area. It was a lovely place to be together, relax and enjoy some fun activities as a family.

A nice place to stay. Golf course was in good condition. Note, if you do stay during corvid you will need to book the swimming pool well in advance. We tried to book on the Wednesday before our Monday arrival and they had no availability for our entire stay which was a shame. I'd still recommend to others.

Really nice space, spotlessly clean and very peaceful

Very good hospitality.

We stayed for 3x nights as a group of 5x adults (+ one small sausage dog!) and we all absolutely loved it (especially the dog). The lodge itself is surprisingly spacious; everything was very clean, fairly modern and the beds were comfortable. There are fans provided too which was such a bonus considering it was warm the nights we were there! After seeing the other lodges, Augusta Dreams may just be the best in the whole park because it has plenty of green space just outside the french windows and overlooks the huge pond. Would really recommend this place in the summer months; we spent most of our weekend outside on the deck which gets the sunshine all day long. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. In terms of local activities, lots remains closed during Covid-19 but the golf bar on-site did really good meals/pints to enjoy outside or takeaway (very good service from the staff there) and the lodge has a well-equipped kitchen and BBQ. We spent our time playing golf (slightly reduced rate for those staying on site), walking on the nature trails and relaxing on the deck of the lodge. Though we didn't use them, there are lots of board games provided too. There aren't a great deal of shops nearby (walk-able) so make sure you pick stuff up before heading there!

We stayed here for a long weekend. Marc was amazing at answering all my questions and everything went smoothly because of this. The lodge is extremely well stocked and has everything you could possibly want. The rooms are nice and clean and the view from the decking area was amazing. I can’t fault Marc as a host and the lodge surpassed my expectations. A lovely weekend with the family! Thank you.

The location of the house was perfect, the check in was convenient and the host resolved our queries in no time. Decor is very stylish and the slippers is a nice touch! We had a great time.

Lovely location, extremely clean and would recommend staying here

We met up with a couple of friends for a weekend reunion and all were very happy with Marc's place. While it was a bit smaller than we'd imagined from the photos, it was perfectly adequate for all of us and comfortably warm and clean for the two nights we spent here. Located right on the golf course, the property is excellent for golfers (just make sure to bring your own cart if you need them as they have run out of them here) and convenient to anything you might need. We spent the first night cooking in (plenty of supplies, pots and pans, dishes in the well-equipped kitchen) and went out the second night to the local pub which is a five minute drive away. Bedrooms are comfortable, the shower in our ensuite excellent, and everything was clean and well stocked (extra bed covers, hairdryers, bathroom amenities, games, books, DVDs, CDs). Marc was very responsive to all messages I sent and we were perfectly satisfied with our lodging for our weekend away in Norfolk.

The Lodge was easily located and had everything we needed for our 2 night break which went much faster than we'd hoped. It was lovely to enter to such a warm and homely place. All you could need in a kitchen is provided, although we never cooked and instead went to the Stables Bar on site (It closed at 9pm on Saturday night though). The carvery we had on the Sunday was extremely good, and this is also available on a Wednesday. Entertainment-wise there are plenty of Playstation games and board games to choose from (some with missing pieces though) but the sofas were very comfy to just sit and watch TV. Beds were smaller than what we're used to at home, and other places we've stayed on Airbnb, but very comfortable all the same. Marc gave us loads of information on the local area via Airbnb message and was appreciated. Made looking for Supermarkets & Pubs very easy. Dog-friendly Crown & Mitre pub in Tydd St Giles is a very warm and friendly place. Would love to return for a longer stay in the warmer months to make full use of the terrace and BBQ.

We stayed as part of a friend meet up to explore the area and catch up. The lodge itself was stunning and had excellent views over the lake. We spent time at the beach and in Kings Lynn which were very close. We also had take away from the local Indian which Marc had recommended which was excellent. It more than catered for our needs and was better than we expected. Thanks again to Marc.

Set in a beautiful spot just by the lake and overlooking the golf park. It was great to wake up to that view form the patio deck each morning. You can hear the birds and the ducks. The lodge had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing break

Lovely holiday lodge on abgreat site with pool, steam room, sauna and gym. Pool/gym passes cost extra but are very good value and give you access to fitness classes too. A nice walk around the site and right on the 4th tee for golf lovers. (We don't play golf but loved it regardless.) Short drive to Wisbech, Kings Lynn etc

Exellent accomodation and location.

My staff normally stay in Premier Inn but this was not available so we tried Marc's place. The accommodation and location was outstanding.

We had a lovely stay in Marc’s lodge. We enjoyed the views of the lake and golf course and the nature walk. Plenty of things to do in the area . We didn’t use the pool as the heating had broken but the complex looked good.

Brilliant place to stay! Great location. Lovely view of the lake, 5min walk to leisure facilities. And lots of extras that haven’t been mentioned, like a smart tv and coffee machines! The leisure facility is barely 5 mins away! Only 6 children are allowed in the pool at a time, but this didn’t impact us too much.

Very beautiful place with all it is needed for a perfect golf vacations or even working trip as it was my case. Marc is a very helpful person, replies to all questions within minutes and makes sure to provided everything that you need. The view from the porch is beautiful and will make you fell in sync with nature. For sure a place to stay if planning on staying in the area.

Lovely 3 bed accommodation on a really good complex which offers everything you need. A real home from home. We were 3 guys working in the area and the pool and gym to use in evenings after work were ideal to unwind. Restaurant on site for food and also great eating places in nearby Long Sutton. Marc was extremely helpful and made sure we had all info needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back for any works in the area in future. Thanks

A lovely quiet place to stay ,and the lodge had such a beautiful outlet,my family enjoyed the fishing so much ,and the swimming pool was lovely ,we had an Indian takeout on Friday from down the road and it was the best one I’d ever had thanks Marc for a lovely break it ended far too quickly.

Lovely place to stay, especially if you like golf. We came up here for a family wedding and it was an ideal place for us to stay. Lovely quiet setting, perfect facilities for a family with young kids who want to cook at home and relax with a glass of wine on the decking once the kids are in bed. Would recommend.

Augusta Dreams was a beautiful, clean and cozy retreat with a lovely view of the lake. We particularly appreciated the peacefulness of the place. We didn’t have time to make use of all the amenities but enjoyed the nature trail. It took us less than an hour to reach the coast and was perfectly situated for us to visit our family in Norfolk. We hope to be back next year! Thankyou!

We would thoroughly recommend this lodge for a holiday. It was even better than we had expected. It is in an absolutely beautiful position with super views over thon lake and golf course. We used the pool every day which the kids loved and hubby played golf several times. We loved the nature trail and it was perfect for walking our dog. We actually didn't need to go out anywhere - we were very content and relaxed to stay put and enjoy all the wonderful facilities. The lodge is extremely well equipped and we had everything we could possibly need - plus some lovely thoughtful extra touches. Very good communication from Marc throughout. We would all definitely like to come back! Five stars from us all!

We had an amazing time and it was lovely and spacious, while homely touches also made it cosy. Marc provided everything we needed for a stay, including charcoal for a bbq and coffee, tea and sugar. Everything we could have wanted was here. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!!!

Marc's place is a place of wonders. Not only did he provide excellent help in finding the place and providing us with excellent amenities, he also was very understanding! Something needed by a host. We hope to be back soon at the place. Its honestly relaxing and everyone should go there!!

We had a great time!the lodge is very well equipped, clean and even suited for rainy days, with games, books and movies. We were four kids and four adults and the place did not feel it wasn't spacious. We enjoyed the local area, walking along the nature trail around the golf course. Marc has been very helpful sending checking and check out information. A very nice weekend for the whole family

Beautiful property, amazing location, tonnes of room

Amazing place. Huge, took a family of 8 and still lots of space. Lovely setting with balcony looking over a pond on the golf course. Gym and pool an added bonus, although you will need to pay for a pass for these. Went for 4 nights and the only issue was that we would have run out of things to do locally after 5 days. Perfect place and host. You won't be dissapointed.

Lovely clean and well equipped house with all the information you need. Really appreciated the quick responses from Marc prior to booking checking minor details. Qquiet location, which was perfect for older grandparents but with plenty of activities nearby for my two children 5&6. Plenty dvd, books and games kept them amused too!

This is a lovely spacious lodge, with really large comfy sofas / quality furnishings and In a very quiet and peaceful spot overlooking a fishing lake. Sitting on the decking would be lovely , but we had rainy weather in February! TVs in all 3 bedrooms, and a very nice large good quality tv in lounge. Excellent responsive communication from the host Marc, which made for an easy booking process. Lovely food in the cafe area of the club house is 4 mins walk from the lodge. Enjoyed the warm pool and the gym, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a very relaxed time here. It was extremely tranquil and a lovely setting. The view from our lodge kept our dog engrossed for hours just watching the ducks and the golfers go by!!! We also enjoyed the fabulous nature trail. The lodge itself was a great size and very cosy. Would love to go back

Lovely little retreat, very clean and excellent communication. We only stayed one night and got there pretty late, but in the morning... wow! What a view for breakfast, overlooking the pond and golf course. I've never played, but may just take it up and stay again! The decor is modern and rooms reminiscent of those one might find in a hotel. Situated well out in the countryside, so perfect for a family retreat or getaway with a small group of friends. Plenty of board games and entertainment options for rainy days. Thanks!
